Tarsin (Europe) Limited understands the concerns many of our customers have regarding privacy and security in accessing and utilizing services over the Internet. As our customer, we want to make you comfortable with our privacy practices and the security measures we take to protect your personal information. By using our website and services provided, you consent to the collection and use of your information by Tarsin (Europe) Limited as set forth in our privacy policy currently in effect. Notice When you register for services, Tarsin (Europe) Limited collects your phone number, name, email address, wireless carrier, country, the type of phone you have, and the PIN Code you select to properly provide access to the Motorola SETUP services. In addition, as part of your use of Motorola SETUP and other services, you'll be uploading important personal information. Tarsin (Europe) Limited may collect other identifying information from you from time to time in order to furnish additional services that are explained when the information is requested. The Motorola SETUP website is co-branded within the Motorola website look, but all PII information is collected by Tarsin (Europe) Limited and only with your opt in will we send any PII information to Motorola.
When you are asked for personal information by Tarsin (Europe) Limited, you are sharing that information with Tarsin (Europe) Limited, its subsidiaries and related companies. Motorola privacy policy will govern those links which take you to the Motorola website.

Tarsin (Europe) Limited's servers reside in the US, and therefore the personal information you back up will be transferred to the US. Tarsin (Europe) Limited will have access to your information only for purposes of providing assistance in the completion of this one-time service.

- You agree that you will not use the Motorola SETUP site for any purpose that is illegal under any applicable laws.
Violation of these terms may result in Tarsin (Europe) Limited removing your Motorola SETUP privileges for a period of time or permanently, and you may be subject to a fine or other punishment by your local governmental authorities for illegal or prohibited use.

Tarsin (Europe) Limited agrees to let you use the Motorola SETUP site to provision your Motorola mobile phone with the provided provisioning data if you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy. If you don´t agree, you can´t use Motorola SETUP.
